Donated flowers are used to decorate two vases on both sides of the high altar. Sign-up on the sheet on the Narthex counter is required.
You can bring flowers already arranged or drop them off at the office to be arranged for you. Flowers must be dropped off before 2:00 p.m. on Thursday or before noon on Friday for the weekend that you are donating. Early in the week that you are signed up for you will be contacted at the phone number you list on the sign-up sheet to confirm the details.
Altar Guild
The Altar Guild is an association of parishioners whose ministry is to keep the church beautiful and clean so our minds will rise in prayer to God. Members launder the liturgical linens, polish the liturgical furnishings and decorate the church on major solemnities. Twice year the group meets for a potluck breakfast before cleaning and preparing the church for Easter and Christmas. Training is provided for new members.
Please complete the form below if you are interested in joining.
Altar Servers
Acolytes, or altar servers, assist the priest as he celebrates the Holy Sacrifice of the Mass. This service is open to boys and girls from 4th grade onward. Adults serve at the weekday 7:30 A.M. Mass and at Funeral Masses. Volunteers are always welcome. Classes of instruction are held as needed.
Lectors are adults who read God’s Holy Word at Mass. Meetings are called from time to time as needed.

Ushers/Greeters
The ushers support our celebration of Mass by greeting people as they arrive and assisting them, as needed, to find seating or other church facilities. They collect the offering during Mass and distribute bulletins to departing churchgoers after Mass. They look after the needs of the congregation adjusting ventilation or heating and assisting in any emergency which may arise.
